HISTORY Lucas was born as the first child. The oldest of five, He always seemed to be responsible for the younger siblings actions and how they were to act. His father and mother were always trying to go any find work, so he was left with them. Because of the economic trials of District 12, life was never easy for any of the people of his District.
Lucas comes off as a very shy and quiet person, but is very headstrong, and will get what he wants: to bring a Victor to his District.
