The 25th Quarter Quell

THE 25TH QUARTER QUELL

Hello! As you all know, this Hunger Games is in fact a Quarter Quell, and the first Quarter Quell of Panem in our world. We want to first tell you that our future Games won't have a twist like this, so don't worry, unless we make it to our 50th Hunger Games!

The staff have decided that this will be the Quell:

"This 25th Quarter Quell will tell who is the strongest in all situations, and who can make new allies and manipulate them without the help of a friend. All Tributes will be put on a side in a number order decided by the Gamemakers. They may make their way around the Cornucopia, but after which, must stay on the opposite side of the arena than their District Partner. The side they were on when the Games began. Tributes will receive warning signs if they are too close to their District Partner. If they are too close and ignore the warnings, both Tributes will receive the penalty of Death. Also, if the Tribute's District Partner is killed, they will receive some sort of pain decided at random. Happy Hunger Games, and may the odds be ever in your favour."

Note that the pain won't be anything too serious, but you could die if you already have low Health Points.
