TRIBUTE FILES

Hello! The Tributes should each have some sort of story that they carry with them in the Arena, as if they were created before the Games, and posted an application, etc. This file will act as their application, although it's not "accepted" or "pending", it is just a background of the Tribute that you made up. If your Tribute happens to win, you will make a real application, and post as a regular character in the Districts, and go on the Victory Tour, etc. Post the new topic in this forum!
